Comments on Proposed NSPS Regulations – RIN 3206-AK76/0790/AH82
To: Whom it may concern,
As a Federal employee of the Department of Defense, I am extremely concerned that our congress has empowered the Secretary of Defense in a manner which allows him to be a dictator under the disguise of national security. The imposition of NSPS has created a system, by which, takes the rights of employees and their unions to effectively represent labor issues. Under the restrictions of NSPS, collective bargaining has been practically taken away by allowing the Secretary of Defense to unilaterally remove or keep portions of existing bargaining agreements. Collective bargaining has never in the history of Labor-Management relations adversely impacted this country’s national security. It is imperative that congress reflects back and reinstate a collective bargaining process, which has been effective for both labor and management.
Sincerely
